RESIDENCE RULES
The Public Hotel Accommodation Agreement, Internal Hotel Rules, and Pet Accommodation Rules determine the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Hotel and the Consumer, operate simultaneously and complement each other.
By accepting the terms of the public agreement expressed by making a payment for the hotel services, you declare that you agree to the Internal Hotel Rules and Pet Accommodation Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) and undertake that these rules will be followed by You and the persons staying at the Hotel with You.
- The services are provided by S-MALL HOTEL Limited Liability Company (EDRPOU code 44344723) in the territory of SMALL HOTEL, located at 18 Yunosti Avenue, Vinnytsia, Vinnitsa region, Ukraine, 21021, and include accommodation of individuals by providing a room (place) for temporary accommodation.
- The Hotel is assigned a “three stars” category (certificate series BH number 130 from 25.11.2021).
- Room rates include breakfast, free internet access (WiFi), a TV set, a landline phone, an electric kettle, a safe deposit box, an air conditioning unit, a cosmetic set, and a parking place.
- Settlements in the territory of Ukraine shall be made only in national currency at the NBU rate for foreign currencies effective as of the payment date.
- The Hotel accepts cash and credit cards.
The single billing hour is 12.00 p.m. local time.
The check-out hour is 12.00 p.m. local time.
The check-in time is 2.00 p.m. local time.
Early check-in from 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. local time is an additional service provided subject to availability of free rooms and paid at the rate of 50% of the cost of the room per night.
Late check-out from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. local time is an additional service provided subject to availability of free rooms and paid at the rate of 50% of the cost of the room by 6.00 p.m. only; check-out after 6.00 p.m. shall be paid as for one billing day.
Payment for stays during less than one night shall be made in the amount provided for a full billing day.
Check-in since 12.00 a.m. of the current day and stay for less than one calendar day shall be charged as for one billing day.
Children under six (6) years old shall not be charged for staying with their parents in the same room, without being provided a separate place. In addition, the tourist fee shall be paid in the amount specified below. The persons referred to in subparagraph 268.2.2 of paragraph 268.2 of Article 268 of the Tax Code of Ukraine shall be released from the payment of the tourist fee.

- foreigners – UAH 120.00- The Hotel provides additional Hotel services. The Consumer shall pay the cost of additional services separately. The list of additional services and the price list of these services is placed at the Hotel reception desk, and in each Hotel room.
- Guaranteed booking provides for 100% prepayment of accommodation cost. If the Customer refuses to make a guaranteed booking, s/he shall be accommodated in the Hotel on a first-come, first-served basis (non-guaranteed booking).
- If the Hotel services are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival/departure date (late cancellation) or in the case of no-show at the Hotel on the proposed arrival date (no-show), 100% of the booking cost per day shall be charged as a penalty.
- The Law of Ukraine on Restriction of Smoking Places No. 4844-VI dated May 24, 2012 prohibits smoking of tobacco products, as well as electronic cigarettes and hookahs in Hotel (in the rooms and indoor public areas). A fine in the amount of UAH 1,000 shall be charged for violation.
- It is not safe to stay in the hotel rooms during an air alarm. After the "Air Alarm" signal is sounded, please, turn off the water and light in your room, close your room and proceed to the nearest shelter, which is located in the basement of the Hotel building.
- Pets are allowed at the Hotel. However, the Hotel reserves the right to prohibit accommodation with pets. It is forbidden to stay at the Hotel with dogs of fighting breeds.
- Damage caused to a person or property of an individual, as well as damage caused to hotel property by pets shall be compensated in full.
- When checking in at the Hotel with pets, the Customer shall pay a cash deposit in the amount of UAH 1,000.00 as collateral under the commitment to the hotel to compensate for damage caused by pets. In the absence of damage caused by an animal, the deposit shall be returned at the time of check-out. If the amount of the damage caused is greater than the amount of the deposit, the Customer shall reimburse the damages caused to the Hotel in full according to the approved price list available at the Hotel reception desk.
- For every third (3) day of stay with a pet, the Consumer shall pay to the Hotel an additional UAH 500.00 (three hundred hryvnias only) for additional sanitary cleaning of the room.
- In the case of loss or damage to the Hotel property, the Consumer shall reimburse the Hotel for damages, the amount of which shall be determined in accordance with the price list available at the Hotel reception desk.
- Reviews, suggestions and comments about the Hotel can be left on all known online platforms (Booking.com, Google maps and others) or on the Hotel's website.
